Faustina Sports Club est. 1935
Welcome to the home of the Faustina Sports Club. The Faustina Sports Club was conceived in 1935 by 8 Local young men whose main objective
was to raise money through dances, etc for charitable purposes. World War 2 interrupted their activities as members were called to serve
their country. The club re-organized in 1947, expanding their membership and dedicating themselves to the promotion of minor sports. In
1951, when Lakeshore Memorial Arena was built Faustina was the first occupant for minor hockey, and is still providing hockey for
young people in the Etobicoke- Lakeshore area. |
